Dr. Raymond Ng

M.D., Ph.D., F.R.C.S.C.

Dr. Ng is an Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgeon, former Division Chief of the Rouge Valley Health System.

He graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry and Oncology from the University School of Graduate Study. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada and a Board Member of the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

He further received his Sleep Medicine specialist training in Toronto and became certified by the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ontario, Canada. He is an active practicing surgeon subspecialized in head and neck oncology, with special interest in Sleep Medicine and Endocrine Oncology, especially Thyroid cancer. He has been one of the top provincial volume thyroid surgeons in Ontario and is the team leader for establishing the Regional Thyroid Cancer initiative for the Central East Integrated Health Network in Ontario.

Hospital in Toronto on Nasopharyngeal Cancer. He is currently a project leader in developing screening test for Nasopharyngeal Cancer.
