Aural Rehabilitation

At Cleartone Hearing Centre, we pride ourselves on the rehabilitation and counseling program that we offer to each of our patients. From the day you first wear your hearing aid, our experienced staff guide you through the process of becoming accustomed to your new hearing instrument. We explain to you what to expect, outline realistic expectations and teach you how to get the most out of your hearing aid. Additionally, we include annual hearing tests to monitor for any hearing deterioration.

If at any point after your initial fitting you need help with maintenance, adjustment or repair of your hearing instrument, we will be more than happy to assist you. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your hearing aid, you have a 60-day trial period in which you can return it.
