Once a hearing solution that’s right for you has been selected, we begin the process of creating a custom-made hearing aid. Every hearing aid is built to perfectly fit the user’s ear. This is accomplished by taking a quick and painless impression of your ear, which is then sent to the hearing aid manufacturer.

Within a couple of days, your hearing aid will be ready and the fitting process continues. When you wear your hearing aid for the first time, we make all the necessary adjustments so that it meets your needs exactly. As well, we ensure you know how to fully maintain and use it before taking it home.
